Jan major in Sports in college. He has been exposed to different types of sports and started his career as a fitness trainer with an extensive experience.

In the light of the fitness and goals of each client as well as their personality and habits, Jan will tailor-made a training program that gives them more confidence through the practice, “I believe communications will help to understand about their ultimate goal, thereby to set a bespoke and suitable program for each individual.”

Jan has been teaching mini-tennis in junior schools and coaching in the gymnasium of universities. He is a handball player and has been representing Hong Kong Handball team, PolyU Handball team and more. He has expertise in the training for different types of sports that will help clients to achieve the goals and enhance their sports performance.
