The training courses provided by FITT PUB are all tailor-made by experienced personal fitness trainers. We will focus on the students' living habits, exercise habits and health status, and use professional fitness analysis equipment to gain insight into the students' physical conditions, so as to tailor a fitness and balanced nutrition diet plan for each student.

During the training, the personal fitness trainer will closely follow the progress and health of the trainees, so that the trainees can achieve fitness, weight gain or self-cultivation goals in the fastest, safest and most effective way.

Course Characteristics

  • There is no membership system, the service is counted by the number of times, allowing students to feel free and saving unnecessary expenses.

  • All coaches hold professional qualifications, have extensive experience and professional knowledge.

  • Strictly restrict the flow of people in the fitness room, with high privacy, and trainees do not have to wait for the use of equipment.

  • Never conduct compulsory/bundled sales.

  • The minimum duration of each class is 60 minutes.

  • The professional coaching team will provide detailed dietary advice, diet arrangements before and after exercise, and regular follow-up exercises after class.

  • Any drugs are strictly prohibited to ensure pure natural fitness.

  • The same coach will guide until the end of the course
