Boxing Training

In Kickboxing, we mainly use Punch, Kick, Elbow, and Knee to (strike, hit, hit pad, attack, fight), however, our coaches always remind students to make use of their whole body muscle in every single strike, to generate more power and burn more energy. Commands to hit pad will be given to students from coaches spontaneously in some exercise, to test their reaction and coordination, which is more fun and exciting than traditional training. During the training, students release stress from daily life, that achieves just the same huge amount of burning in a short period of time.

Kickboxing is a mixed anaerobic and aerobic exercise. In our class/training, besides Kickboxing skills teaching, coaches also design suitable strength and conditioning training program, students can easily handle the kickboxing techniques well and get stronger, as to stimulate muscle workout and burn fat effectively, which creates leanner body shape.

Beside Kickboxing, all our coaches have vast background in various martial arts, including Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts-MMA, Judo, Taekwondo, Karate, Hapkido, etc. To accomdate different student needs, conditions and goals, we provide all-rounded, diversified and tailor-made training that is suitable for each individual.

Before starting any training, discussions and a detailed physical assessment of students will be conducted by coaches, so a reasonable goal(SMART Goal, Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely) will be set. Whether students want to be fitter and stronger, body agile and moving quicker, keep fit burn fat and toning lean muscle, self-defense or even wanting to challenge themselves to compete (to participate in fighting competition), feel free to tell your coach what you aim for. Coaches will try their best to help to achieve the target together, students can improve their fitness and body shape through personal training programs.
